Mad Men is a great show on AMC about an early sixties advertising agency that you all should watch. It's got Connor from Angel and Saffron from Firefly, if that persuades you!

I like the show so much, I made icons for it.

Oh, it comes on tonight at 10, and repeats at 11 (in case you watch Burn Notice, too--which you should. Ha).

This super simple recipe for french lentil soup is, seriously, the best soup I've ever had.  I've made this recipe (using the spinach and lemon combo instead of sorrel--I need to find a stand that sells sorrel around here...) at least once a week for the past two months.  It is better with the little green lentils and good stock, but I've made it with plain lentils and water and it's still good. 

So I made some time-themed brushes for photoshop.

Yeah, I made some ASoIaF icons. I was scanning some old photos in, and decided to just slap the appendix of A Game of Thrones on and scan in the sigils.

Also, because I'm cool like this, I made some Photoshop custom shapes out of all the sigils, so you can make your own icons or headers or whatever. ( nine custom sigil shapes )
