This journal is mostly almost entirely flocked. I often lock or unlock posts on a whim. I try to friend most people back, but some slip through the cracks--feel free to poke me if you think that's happened. I don't friend back empty journals or journals that haven't been updated in ages.
This super simple recipe for french lentil soup is, seriously, the best soup I've ever had. I've made this recipe (using the spinach and lemon combo instead of sorrel--I need to find a stand that sells sorrel around here...) at least once a week for the past two months. It is better with the little green lentils and good stock, but I've made it with plain lentils and water and it's still good.
